വയനാട്ടിലെ വള്ളിയൂർക്കാവ് ദുർഗ്ഗാഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ വാർഷിക ഉത്സവം മാർച്ച്-ഏപ്രിൽ (മീനം) മാസങ്ങളിൽ നടക്കുന്ന 14 ദിവസത്തെ മഹത്തായ ആഘോഷമാണ്, പരമ്പരാഗത ആചാരങ്ങൾ, നാടോടി പ്രകടനങ്ങൾ, സാംസ്കാരിക പരിപാടികൾ, ചടുലമായ ക്ഷേത്ര ഘോഷയാത്രകൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

Valliyoorkkavu Durga Devi Temple is an ancient temple located high in the Hills at Valliyoorkkavu. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga Devi which was built during the year 1961.
The idol of the temple is believed to be self-manifested and the annual festival is held in the Malayalam Month of Meenam for
increasing the divine power of the goddess in the temple. The festival lasts for 14 days. The sub deities of
the temple are Gulikan and the Serpent God Nagar.

The festival begins with Ganapathi Homam which is followed by Annadanam, Deeparadhana etc for the first seven days. From the eighth day onwards Temple Arts such as Vilpattu, Dance Programs, Music Programs, Mimics Parade, Karoke Ganamela etc are staged. Fire Works, Thalappoli Procession etc are conducted during the last few days. Bhagavatha Parayanam is held during all days of the Annual Festival.
