തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ ശ്രീ നയിനാർ ദേവക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ 92-ാമത് വാർഷിക വാർഷിക മഹോത്സവം 2026 ജനുവരി 16 മുതൽ 25 വരെ തീരുന്നത്, ചടങ്ങുകളും സാംസ്കാരിക പരിപാടികളും മഹാ തിരുവാരാട്ടും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

The Varshika Mahotsavam 2026 at Sree Nainaar Deva Temple, Arumanaur, Trivandrum is a grand ten day annual celebration marking the 92nd edition of this sacred festival. This traditional event attracts devotees from across Kerala and beyond offering an immersive experience of spirituality, culture and art.
The festival is meticulously organized by the temple committee, following age-old rituals and customs, and is considered one of the most significant religious events in the region.
The celebrations begin with the flag hoisting ceremony marking the official commencement of the festival. Each day features a well-structured schedule of rituals including Palliyunarthal, Nirmalyadarshanam, Abhishekam and daily poojas allowing devotees to participate in the sacred offerings. Special Gurusmarana lectures are conducted to honor the teachings of the revered Guru providing spiritual insight and guidance to the attendees.
Cultural programs form a key highlight of the festival. The temple hosts Kaviarangam, musical performances, folk dance shows, traditional art displays and theatrical presentations. Renowned artists from Kerala participate including local musicians, classical dancers and folk performers creating an atmosphere that blends devotion with artistic excellence. Children and youth also take part in arts competitions and sports events fostering community engagement and talent recognition.
The festival culminates with the Thiruarattu Mahotsavam, the grand ritual bathing of the deity accompanied by vibrant processions, traditional percussion ensembles and spectacular devotional displays. Evening programs include devotional music concerts, live performances by celebrated artists and fusion performances of classical and folk art forms. The temple premises are beautifully decorated and the streets along the procession route are illuminated creating a spiritually uplifting and visually mesmerizing environment.
