Makayiram Maholsavam
Makayiram Maholsavam at Puthukulangara Sree Bhadrakali Temple is celebrated during the Malayalam month of Kumbham with great devotion and splendor. Karkkidaka Vavu
Karkkidaka Vavu is observed with great reverence at Puthukulangara Sree Bhadrakali Temple during the Malayalam month of Karkkidakam. On this day, devotees perform Bali Tharppanam at the temple premises to honor and appease their forefathers. It is believed that offering Bali on this auspicious day brings peace to ancestral souls and blessings to the family.
