Annual Festival
The 10-day annual festival at the Oottara Chidambaranatha Temple begins with the ceremonial hoisting of the flag, known as Kodiyettam, and concludes with the Arattu ceremony on the Anizham nakshatra day in Meda Masam (April - May). Shivaratri Maholsavam
The Shivaratri Maholsavam at the Oottara Chidambaranatha Temple is a significant event, celebrated with intense devotion and elaborate rituals dedicated to Lord Shiva.
