The Kattachira Bhagavathy Temple in Karyavattom, Thiruvananthapuram, is a sacred Hindu shrine dedicated to both Bhadrakali and Devi, representing different forms of the divine mother.

Thalappoli
Thalappoli is another important festival celebrated at the temple. It is a traditional Kerala festival where women and young girls carry lit lamps in decorated trays (thalams) and sing hymns in praise of the goddess.
Parayedupp
Parayeduppu or Paraniraikkal is the ritual of filling nellu or paddy in a para and offering it to God to receive blessings for the entire family.
