ആറ്റൂർ സ്വാമിയാർ മഠം വിഷ്ണുമായ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്ന ബ്രഹ്മവെള്ളാട്ട് മഹോത്സവം 2026 എന്നത് 2026 മെയ് 19 മുതൽ 21 വരെ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു പവിത്രമായ കേരള ക്ഷേത്രോത്സവമാണ്. വിഷ്ണുമായ സ്വാമിക്ക് സമർപ്പിച്ച ഈ മഹോത്സവത്തിൽ ദിവ്യമായ ആചാരങ്ങൾ, സാംസ്കാരിക പരിപാടികൾ, ഭക്തിപരമായ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.

The Brahmavellattu Mahotsavam 2026 at Attur Swamiyar Madom Vishnumaya Temple, Thrissur is one of the most significant and spiritually powerful temple festivals in Kerala, celebrated with deep devotion and traditional grandeur. This sacred festival is dedicated to Vishnumaya Swami, a revered deity worshipped for divine protection, justice and the fulfillment of devotees’ wishes.
During the festival, the temple atmosphere transforms into a vibrant spiritual hub filled with the sounds of traditional percussion instruments, devotional chants, and ritualistic ceremonies. The celebration begins with sacred Vedic rituals such as Ganapathi Homam, Abhishekam and special poojas performed by temple priests to invoke divine blessings and remove obstacles from the lives of devotees.
One of the major highlights of the festival is the presentation of Kathakali performances, especially the divine narration of Vishnumaya Charitham, which depicts the mythological stories associated with the deity. This classical art form is accompanied by traditional Kerala music including chenda melam and maddalam creating an immersive cultural and spiritual experience.
The festival also includes powerful ritual performances such as Vellattam, Veeranatyam, and Shiva Thandavam, which symbolize divine energy and devotion.
