The temple remains open from morning till evening, allowing devotees to perform poojas and pariharam (remedial rituals). A special Vellattu Pooja (Amavasi Saktheya Pooja) is conducted on every new moon day, drawing devotees from across India seeking the blessings of Vishnumaya Swamy.
