Navaratri

Navaratri is celebrated grandly at the Urakam Ammathiruvadi Temple with nine days of vibrant rituals and devotion. Thrikkarthika

Thrikkarthika festival at Urakam Ammathiruvadi Temple is celebrated as the birthday of Goddess Ammathiruvadi with great devotion and grandeur. On this special day, the deity is adorned in silk garments and temple ornaments, and beautifully decorated elephants lead a majestic procession. A highlight of the celebration is the grand feast served to over 15,000 devotees, welcoming all who visit the temple during the festival.
