Prathishta Dina Ulsavam
Thrilakode Siva Vishnu Temple celebrates Prathishta Dina Ulsavam in the month of Medam with elaborate rituals. The festivities include Ganapathi Homam for auspicious beginnings, Kalasha Abhishekam and Kalabha Abhishekam for purifying and anointing the deities, and Sarppabali to honor the serpent gods. Additionally, Bhagavathi Seva is performed to invoke the blessings of the goddess, culminating in a spiritually enriching experience for all devotees.
Shivaratri Maholsavam
At Thrilakode Siva Vishnu Temple, Shivaratri Maholsavam in the month of Kumbham is celebrated with great devotion. The festival includes Parayidal, a ritual offering of grains to the deity, and various forms of Abhishekam, where sacred substances like milk, honey, and water are poured over the Shiva Lingam. The celebrations culminate in a grand Deeparadhana, an evening lamp worship, illuminating the temple and symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and ignorance.
