Prathista Dinam
During Prathista Dinam at the temple, rituals include Ganapathi Homam to seek blessings, Deeparadhana symbolizing the presence of divine light, and Visheshal Pooja for the newly consecrated deity. These ceremonies are conducted with reverence and devotion, marking the installation and consecration of the deity in the temple's sanctum sanctorum. Abhishekam, a ceremonial bathing of the deity, and other sacred rituals may also be performed to invoke divine blessings.
Maha Shivaratri
Maha Shivaratri, often referred to as the Great Night of Shiva, is a major Hindu festival celebrated annually in honor of Lord Shiva. It falls on the 14th night of the dark fortnight of the Hindu month of Phalguna. Maha Shivaratri holds immense significance in Hinduism and is observed with great devotion and enthusiasm by millions of devotees across India and in other parts of the world.
