Dedicated to Goddess Karthyayani, it features a main deity with four arms, known as chaturbahu vigraham, facing eastward for darshanam.
While there are no Upa Devatas within the temple premises, the focus remains on the worship and reverence of Goddess Karthyayani, drawing devotees seeking blessings and divine grace.

Thrikkarthika
Thrikarthika day in the Vrischikam month (November-December), a special procession, known as ezhinullippu, featuring three elephants, commences from the Laloor Karthyayani Temple. The procession travels to the Ashtamangala Shiva Temple of Karyattukara, located around 2 kilometers from Laloor, and returns before the Deeparadhana ceremony to witness the Karthika Vilakku, a sacred lamp-lighting ritual.
Ashtadravya Ganapathi Homam
At the Laloor Karthyayani Temple, devotees partake in the sacred Ashtadravya Ganapathi Homam, seeking Lord Ganesha's blessings to overcome obstacles. The temple also conducts the revered Gaja Pooja, honoring elephants as symbols of divine strength and wisdom. Additionally, devotees participate in the Anayoottu ceremony, feeding elephants as a gesture of reverence and gratitude, enhancing the spiritual ambiance of the temple.
