The ancient Ashtamichira Mahadeva Temple, located in Ashtamichira, Thrissur district, Kerala.

Ashtamichira Mahadeva Temple is a revered Shiva temple believed to have been enshrined by Parashurama in the concept of Thevar Ashtamurti.The temple features two Shiva pratishthas known as Thekumthevar and Vadakkumthevar, situated on the east bank of the Chalakudy Canal, a tributary of the Chalakudy Puzha.
