Uthrasreebali Thiruvutsavam at Karunattukavu Sree Bhagavati Temple, Pathanamthitta is one of the most significant and revered temple festivals in the region celebrated with deep devotion and traditional grandeur.

The highlight of the festival is the Uthrasreebali, a unique ritual offering performed to seek the blessings of the goddess for health, prosperity and the well being of the family.
