2026ലെ തിരുവുത്സവം തിരുവിതാംകൂർ പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിലെ ശ്രീ മലയാലപ്പുഴ ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ഫെബ്രുവരി 27 മുതൽ മാർച്ച് 9 വരെ ആഘോഷിക്കപ്പെടും, സാധാരണ ശാസ്ത്രീയ പൂജകൾ, സാംസ്കാരിക പ്രകടനങ്ങൾ, ഭക്തിപൂർണ ഉത്സവങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.

Thiruvutsavam at Sree Malayalappuzha Devi Temple is one of the most vibrant and spiritually enriching festivals in Kerala, celebrated with immense devotion, grandeur and cultural splendor. This annual festival attracts devotees from all corners of the state and beyond offering a unique blend of religious rituals, traditional art forms and community participation.
The festival is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Devi, the presiding deity of the temple and showcases the deep rooted spiritual heritage of Malayalappuzha and Pathanamthitta.
During the festival, the temple premises come alive with the sounds of sacred chants, devotional music and the rhythmic beats of traditional percussion instruments. Rituals such as Nirmalya Darshanam, Harinaamakirtanam and Ganapathi Homam are performed daily offering devotees an opportunity to participate in elaborate worship practices. Special ceremonial offerings and Bhagavatha Parayanam sessions highlight the devotional fervor and create an atmosphere of spiritual harmony.
Cultural programs are an integral part of Thiruvutsavam, featuring Kathakali, Ottanthullal, Thiruvathira, Panchari Melam and other classical and folk performances that celebrate Kerala’s rich artistic traditions. The festival also includes spectacular live musical nights, fusion shows and grand dance performances by renowned artists and local talents reflecting the fusion of devotion and art.
A significant aspect of the festival is the community oriented Annadanam where hundreds of devotees are served free meals in the temple premises symbolizing generosity, unity and the spirit of sharing. Elephant processions, ritualistic offerings and traditional temple arts create a mesmerizing visual and spiritual experience for devotees of all ages.
