Thrikkovil Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, located in the serene village of Vallicode in Pathanamthitta district, is renowned for hosting Kerala’s only Maha Ekadashi festival a sacred day dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
This festival holds immense spiritual significance for devotees who believe that observing the rituals and participating in the celebrations on this day brings divine blessings, spiritual upliftment, and a glimpse of Vaikunta, the celestial abode of Lord Vishnu.
The Maha Ekadashi celebrations are marked by an elaborate sequence of rituals and devotional practices.
