Srimadh Bhagavatha Sapthaha Yanjam
Srimadh Bhagavatha Sapthaha Yanjam, renowned as the emperor among Yagnas, has been held continuously at the temple for several years. Devotees flock in large numbers to attend this sacred event, which is accompanied by free feeding provided with their support. Commencing in the Malayalam month of "Meenam" alongside the Thiru Uthsavam, this seven-day ritual is a cherished tradition, drawing devotees seeking spiritual blessings and divine grace.
Thiru Uthsavam
The Thiru Uthsavam is a grand festival marked by a procession starting with Trikodiyattu and culminating with Thiru Arattu. This event draws a massive gathering of people and elephants, with devotees offering Para to the goddess. As evening descends, the sky lights up with fireworks after the deeparadhana, with the special Karimarrunnu prayogam adding vibrant colors. Additionally, various art forms including Padayani, Ottamthullal, Goshayathra, Drama, Dance Drama, and music performances are staged, enriching the festive atmosphere.
