The primary deity worshipped in the temple is Goddess Bhagavathy.Other deities worshipped in the temple include Shri Krishnan (Muraleekrishnan), Yakshi Amma, and Elamkootil Velliyachan.
The Devatha Kolam, which resembles the Madathilkavu Bhagavathi, and the imagery of the sky-bound Ambarayakshi Kolam descending in a Chariot as Chattathel Yakshi are unique features of the Kunnamthanam Padayani festival.
