Positioned to the north, it is also known as Thirunarayanapuram Uthrathil Kavu. According to local legend, the deity descended here atop the traditional umbrella (olakkuda) of Kizhiyedathu Namboothiri from Kodungallur.
The revered idol, carved from black granite stone, is worshipped within the sanctum.

Annual Festival
The Annual festival at the temple occurs during the Bharani Nakshatra in the month of Meenam. This grand event spans over 7 days and attracts numerous devotees. A notable highlight is the participation of nearly 30 elephants, adding to the spectacle and grandeur of the annual celebration.
Annual Pratishta Festival
The annual Pratishta festival at the temple takes place during the Malayalam month of Mithuna Masam, which falls approximately in June to July. This significant event draws devotees from far and wide to partake in the rituals and festivities held to commemorate the consecration of the deity.
