Known for his swift grace, Kshipra Prasada Ganapati is revered as a powerful deity who responds quickly to devotion and earnest requests, making him especially popular among those seeking urgent divine help. Ganapati, the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, is revered as the remover of obstacles and symbol of success.

With his elephant head and ancient human form, he is adored as a child, a dancer, and a powerful deity. Seeking his blessings before any new venture is a cherished tradition. Ganapati worship dates back to ancient times, and Adi Shankara recognized it as one of the six primary forms of Hindu worship, known as Ganapatyam. Kshipra Prasada Ganapati is the 20th among the 32 revered forms of Lord Ganesha. The term 'Kshipra' signifies swiftness, while 'Prasada' denotes blessing or grace together symbolizing a deity who responds instantly to sincere prayers. He is believed to bestow rewards upon devotion and swiftly correct wrongdoing. This form shares several attributes with his father, Lord Shiva, including three eyes and a crescent moon adorning his crown.
Crimson in color, Kshipra Prasada Ganapati is depicted seated on a sacred Kusha grass throne. His large belly represents the vastness of the cosmos, and he is shown with six hands, holding a broken tusk, a Kalpa Vriksha twig, an elephant goad, a noose, a white lotus, and a pomegranate.
This divine form is represented in a painting in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and as sculptures in Mysore temples showcasing all 32 forms of Ganesha. Devotees also worship his idol form at the renowned Karpaga Vinayakar Temple in Pillayarpatti, Tamil Nadu.
Kshipra Prasada Ganapati is associated with the Swati Nakshatra, and his worship is believed to bring immediate relief, prosperity, and spiritual growth.
