Makara Chovva Maholsavam
The Makara Chovva Maholsavam at the Arayil Bhagavathi Temple in Ezhuvanthala, Palakkad, is a significant festival celebrated with fervor and devotion. During this festival, the Pongala offering holds special importance, where devotees prepare a sweet rice dish in earthen pots as an offering to the goddess.
