Devotees and families are joyfully informed that the Pratishta Dinam Mahotsavam of Kallittamkuzhi Bhagavathi Temple will be grandly celebrated under the main rituals conducted by Guru Padam Acharyan Dr. T.S. Vijayan Karumathra Tantri. Pratishta Dinam Mahotsavam Kallittamkuzhi Bhagavathi Temple Malappuram Kerala This festival is one of the most significant spiritual and cultural events at the temple drawing devotees from across Malappuram and neighboring regions to witness and participate in the sacred ceremonies and traditional festivities. The celebration is marked by a series of elaborate rituals designed to honor the presiding deity, Shakti Swaroopini Devi and to invoke divine blessings for prosperity, health and spiritual well being.

The festival begins with the traditional opening ceremony known as Nadathurappu followed by Deeparadhana, Prasada Shuddhi and Punyaham. Special poojas such as Kalasha Pooja, Kalasha Abhishekam and Ganapathi Homam are performed with meticulous devotion creating an atmosphere of sanctity and reverence. Cultural programs are an integral part of the Mahotsavam including Thottampattu, traditional folk performances and local orchestral music which bring together the rich heritage of Kerala’s temple arts. The festival also features processions, communal prayers and Amruthabhojanam, a sacred feast for all devotees attending the temple. Families, children and elders participate enthusiastically making it a vibrant and unifying spiritual experience.
