പ്രതിഷ്ഠാ ദിനം 2025 ജനുവരി - ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസങ്ങളിൽ മകരത്തിലെ പുനർത്തം നക്ഷത്രവുമായി സഹചാരമായി ശ്രീ എട്ടിയോട്ടു അയ്യപ്പ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ 2 ദിവസങ്ങളോളം ഭക്തിപൂർണ്ണമായി ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നു. ആചാരങ്ങളും സാംസ്കാരിക പരിപാടികളും മഹോത്സവത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാണ്.

It is one of the famous Ayyappa temples in Manjeri town. This temple has about 400 years of old history.This temple was also once owned by Manjeri Kovilakam (Royal family).
In 2009 this temple was taken over by Malabar Devaswom Board.Lord Ayyappa is the main deity, Ganapathy, Bhagavathy in Bhadrakali form, Nagar are the subdeities. This festival is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of the deity (installation day).
