The main deity of the temple is Goddess Durga, depicted in her Chathurbhaahu (four-armed) form holding a discus, conch, granting pose, and with an arm rest in the hip. Devotees revere Thrikkavu Bhagavathy as Sarvabeeshtapradhayini, the granter of all wishes, attributing numerous stories of her benevolence.
Additionally, the temple complex includes shrines dedicated to other deities such as Lord Krishna, Mahaganapathi, Sasthavu, Sidhi Vinayakan, Hanuman, and Brahma Rakshass. There's also a Moola Ganapathy Temple located near the pond (Kshetrakulam), accompanied by Naga Raja, Naga Yakshi, and other Naga deities.
