Naga Pooja

Naga Pooja is a significant ritual performed to appease the snake gods. During this ceremony, the idols of serpents are worshipped with offerings of milk, flowers, and lighted diyas, seeking their blessings for fame, wealth, and knowledge. This pooja is also conducted as a remedy for Sarpa Dosha, a condition believed to cause delays in marriage and progeny, with devotees participating in the ritual to alleviate these obstacles and receive the divine grace of the serpent deities.

Maha Ganapathi Homam

The Thiru Ulsavam at Nenmini Sri Akhileswari Bhagavathy Temple is celebrated in the Malayalam month of Dhanu (December-January) with great fervor and devotion. This festival includes elaborate rituals, cultural performances, and processions, drawing numerous devotees who come to seek the blessings of Goddess Bhagavathy during this auspicious time.
