Thrikkarthika
Thrikkarthika, also known as Karthika Deepam, is a significant festival celebrated primarily by Hindus in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It falls on the day of the Kartika Nakshatra (star) in the Malayalam month of Vrischikam (corresponding to November-December in the Gregorian calendar).
Vishu
During Vishu, devotees wake up early in the morning to witness the Vishukkani, an arrangement of auspicious items such as rice, fruits, vegetables, flowers, gold, and a sacred text, displayed in front of the deity idol at this temple. The Vishukkani is believed to bring good luck and prosperity for the coming year to the temple and its worshippers.
