The main deity is enshrined in a roofless sanctum, symbolizing a connection with nature. Additionally, Ayyappa Chaitanya and Valliankav Bhagavathy Chaitanya are revered in a large tree near the shrine.
The temple also houses deities of temple guardians, Ganesha, Shiva, Vettakorumakan, Rakteswari, and Manikandan. A separate shrine, known as Karikat Ayyappan, is dedicated to Lord Ayyappan.
