Thira Maholsavam

Thira Maholsavam held at this temple during the month of Kumbham is a vibrant celebration that includes various rituals and festivities. One of the key highlights of the event is the Thalapoli ceremony, where women and children participate after observing a vow for seven days and three days, respectively. Thrikkarthika

Thrikkarthika, also known as Karthika Deepam, is a festival celebrated in the month of Karthika, typically falling in November or December. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, and is marked by the lighting of countless lamps or diyas in and around temple. Devotees observe fasting and offer prayers seeking the blessings of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati for prosperity, happiness, and well-being.
