കൊട്ടയം എലങ്കാവ് ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ 2026 തിരുവുത്സവം ജനുവരി 18 മുതൽ 28 വരെയാണ് ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്. ഭദ്ര ഭഗവതി, ദുർഗ്ഗ ഭഗവതി വന്ദനാർത്ഥം കോഡിയേറ്റം, ഉത്സവബലി, പള്ളിവേട്ട, മഹാപ്രസാദം, ആരാട്ട്, ഹിന്ദു ധർമ പരിഷദ് എന്നിവ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടും.

Thiruvutsavam is one of the most important and spiritually enriching festivals celebrated at Elamkavu Bhagavathy Temple in Kottayam. This temple is unique in Kerala as it honors both Bhadra Bhagavathi and Durga Bhagavathi with equal reverence making it a rare and highly revered center of worship.
The festival begins with the Hindu Dharma Parishad from January 18 to 20 where religious discourses, spiritual lectures and community discussions are conducted to deepen understanding of Hindu philosophy and traditions. Following this, the Kodiyettam on January 21 marks the formal start of the celebrations. The sacred Utsavabali conducted from January 22 to 25 involves special offerings and rituals to invoke divine blessings and ensure prosperity for devotees.
A highlight of the festival is the Mahaprasadam serving on January 26 where devotees are offered sanctified food as part of a long-standing tradition of communal harmony and devotion. The Pallivetta, or divine hunt procession on January 27 symbolizes the victory of good over evil and is accompanied by music, drum performances and a vibrant display of temple culture. The festival concludes with the Aarattu on January 28, where the deity is given a ceremonial holy bath in water marking the culmination of the celebrations in a grand and auspicious manner.
