Celebrated in the Malayalam month of Makaram (Jan–Feb), Thaipooyam is one of the major festivals of the temple. Thrikodiyettu & Thrikarthika
Held in the Malayalam month of Vrischikam (Nov–Dec), these festivals together mark a grand annual celebration at the temple. The flag‑hoisting (kodiyettu) kicks off the festival period, and Thrikarthika a prayer and lamp lighting observance draws devotees for devotional darshan and prayers.
Skanda Sasht
