Alongside the main deity, the temple houses various sub-deities including Ganapathi, Shiva, Parvathi, Vishnu, Ayyappan, Subrahmanya, Durga, Veerabhadra, Kodumkali, Snake deities, Brahmarakshassu, Judge Ammavan, and Yakshiyamma.
The shrine of Judge Ammavan holds special significance, believed to resolve judicial matters when worshipped with coconuts. Despite being established over a thousand years ago, the temple's customs and traditions remain unique.

Thiru Ulsavam
Thiru Ulsavam, also known as the annual festival, is celebrated at the Cheruvally Devi Temple during the Malayalam month of Meenam. Navaratri
Navaratri, a nine-night festival dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga and her various manifestations, is celebrated with great fervor at the Cheruvally Devi Temple. During this auspicious occasion, the temple premises are adorned with colorful decorations, and devotees engage in prayers, rituals, and cultural performances to honor the divine feminine energy and seek her blessings for prosperity and protection.
