The festival concludes with the sacred Thirumudi Aarattu, marking the end of the 12-day celebrations. The temple trust warmly invites all devotees and well-wishers to participate and extend their support and cooperation to make the annual festival a grand success.
The Miraculous Temple Well
One of the remarkable features of Kattilmekkathil Sree Devi Temple is its sacred well, located just around 10 metres from the seashore. Despite its close proximity to the sea, the well provides fresh, clean water. Built in 1919, the temple well has continued to provide fresh water over the years. It was renovated in 2024, preserving this remarkable feature of the temple.
