The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Krishna, gracefully enshrined in a sanctum adorned with fresh floral garlands and exquisite ornaments.

Within the temple premises, a shrine is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the beloved remover of obstacles.

The Temple has a number of festivals. The important ones are :
Thrikkodiyettu Maholsavam
Thrikkodiyettu Maholsavam at Puliyankulangara Sree Krishna Temple is celebrated with great devotion during the month of Edavam. The festival begins with the ceremonial flag hoisting (Thrikkodiyettu) and includes important rituals such as Ulsavabali, Arattu (holy bath of the deity), and Pallivetta. Special poojas and cultural events are also conducted during the festival, drawing devotees from nearby regions.
Dasavathara Charthu Maholsavam
Dasavathara Charthu Maholsavam, celebrated in the Malayalam month of Medam, honors the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu. During the festival, each avatar is symbolically represented using sandalwood paste. Special rituals and poojas are held.
