Devi Bhagavatha Navaha Yajnyam
Devi Bhagavatha Navaha Yajnyam is a sacred nine-day ritual conducted during Navaratri, dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy. It includes the recitation of the Devi Bhagavatham (Bhagavatha Parayanam) over nine days, accompanied by special poojas, homams, and offerings. The yajnyam invokes the divine presence of the goddess, seeking her blessings for prosperity, protection, and spiritual upliftment.
Thrikkarthika
Thrikkarthika is a traditional Hindu festival celebrated in the month of Vrischikam (November-December) on the day when the Karthika star is dominant. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy or Durga and is observed with the lighting of oil lamps in temples symbolizing the victory of light over darkness. Devotees also offer special poojas, prepare traditional food, and perform rituals seeking the blessings of the divine feminine.
