This temple features a round sanctum sanctorum known as vatta sreekovil, housing a four-handed (chathur bahu) murti of Lord Vishnu in a standing posture. Additionally, the shrine includes a namaskara mandapam and shrines dedicated to upa devatas.
During the annual festival, various Vaishnava rituals and pujas such as abhishekam, pushpanjali, niramala, and vakacharthu are conducted with great devotion. The shrine also observes important occasions like Vishnu, Thiruvonam, and Mandala Kalam with special rituals and reverence.
