Pattutsavam at the Aneekkara Poomala Bhagavathy Temple is a ritualistic annual event. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy, a form of Shakthi.The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy, a form of Shakti and the idol in this temple is known as Aneekkara Poomaala Bhagavathi.
Some ceremonies in this temple are related to Malliyottu Palottu Kavu Temple. The temple is situated in a place called Thekkumbad to the southern side of Kunhimangalam in Kannur.

Pattutsavam is a ritualistic festival at the Poomala Bhagavathy Temple. Other events include Thiruvathira, dance programs and Ganamela. The temple is traditionally decorated and hundreds of devotees visit the shrine to offer prayers and witness the rituals.
