Oottu Utsavam 2026 at Kannadipparamba Sree Vayathur Kaliyar Temple, Kannur is a significant annual festival celebrated with great devotion and traditional fervor. This temple dedicated to Lord Shiva holds a special place in the hearts of devotees in Kannur and surrounding areas.
The festival is organized under the guidance of the temple’s chief priest, ensuring that all poojas and ceremonies are performed according to ancient traditions. Each day of the festival is marked by special rituals, including Ganapathi Homam, Ushapooja, Navaka Pooja, Navaka Abhishekam, Uchappooja and Shiva Sahasranama chanting. The temple also conducts Kalavara offerings, Neyamrith rituals, Neyyattam, devotional singing and ritual dances providing a deeply spiritual experience for devotees.
