The important theyyams that can be witnessed at Varam Sree Vishwakarma Devi temple are Chonamma Bhagavathi theyyam, Pottan theyyam, Dharma Daivam, Gulikan theyyam, Kunharu Kurathi theyyam, Oorpazhassi theyyam, Thaiparadevatha theyyam and Vettakkorumakan theyyam.

The temple has a small chathura sreekovil for the main deity. The roof of the small shrine is decorated with traditional temple motifs. There are other smaller sreekovils. Some deities are offered worship under trees and upon raised platforms. The shrine observes important rituals and festivities including Sankranti in every month and yearly Vishu.

Vishu
