The main deity of the temple is Lord Vishnu in the form of Narasimhamoorty. The sanctum also houses sub-deities including Lord Ganapathy, Lord Ayyappa, Dakshinamoorty, and Parasurama.

The temple, built of red stone, features a shrine for Lord Ayyappa outside the sanctum. One of the traditional offerings to Lord Vishnu involves pouring oil into the kedavilakku, a lamp placed in the temple.
