The festival is a perfect blend of devotional rituals, traditional music, classical dance performances and elaborate processions that showcase the rich cultural heritage of Kerala. Each day features Sheeveli Melam, a traditional ritual procession accompanied by Panchavadyam and Thayambaka, which are iconic Kerala percussion ensembles. The rhythmic beats of drums and cymbals create an electrifying spiritual atmosphere, resonating through the temple precincts and captivating devotees and visitors alike. During the festival, several cultural programs are held on multiple stages around the temple.
