Prathishta Dina Maholsavam at Thottathil Vishnumaya Muthappan Temple in Paravur, Ernakulam, is celebrated with various rituals including Ganapathi Homam, Ucha Pooja, Bhagavathi Seva, Deeparadhana, and Roopakkalam dedicated to Vishnumaya Swami.
