The Dashavatara Charthu portrays the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu, representing divine manifestations across various ages, such as Matsya, Kurma, Varaha, Narasimha, Vamana, Parashurama, Rama, Krishna, Buddha, and Kalki. Each avatar serves a distinct purpose, from cosmic preservation to spiritual enlightenment, symbolizing the omnipresence and omnipotence of Lord Vishnu in Hindu mythology.
Punartham Thirunal Maholsavam
The Punartham Thirunal Maholsavam is celebrated during the Malayalam month of Medam. This festival spans several days and features vibrant processions, traditional rituals, cultural performances, and devout worship, attracting devotees from near and far to partake in the joyous festivities.
