The temple's sanctum sanctorum features a square shape with a pyramidal roof covered in copper plates, and the idol of Lord Krishna, akin to Guruvayoor, stands facing east in a four-armed standing posture, holding the conch Panchajanyam, Sudarshana Chakra, Lotus, and Gada.
Adjacent to the inner sanctum, there are small shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesh, while the outer sanctum, with its tiled roof, accommodates the temple's kitchen, storage, and preparation areas. Within the temple complex, other shrines include those of Ayyappan, Naga, Brahmarakshas, and Bhagavathi, with the shrine of Lord Hanuman positioned outside the west entrance.
