കൊക്കാട്ട് ശ്രീഭദ്രകാളി നവഗ്രഹ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ മീനഭരണി മഹോത്സവം 2026 മാർച്ച് 17 മുതൽ മാർച്ച് 22 വരെ (1201 മീനം 3 മുതൽ 8 വരെ) ഭക്തിപൂർവ്വം ആചരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഈ ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേക പൂജകളും വിശേഷാൽ ക്ഷേത്രച്ചടങ്ങുകളും നടക്കും. ദേവിയായ ശ്രീഭദ്രകാളിക്ക് സമർപ്പിച്ച താലപ്പൊലി ഘോഷയാത്ര, പഞ്ചാരി മേളം, വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന കലാപരിപാടികൾ എന്നിവ മഹോത്സവത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ആകർഷണങ്ങളായിരിക്കും. ഭക്തജനങ്ങളുടെ വലിയ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെ ആനന്ദോത്സാഹഭരിതമായ അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിലാണ് മീനഭരണി മഹോത്സവം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്.

The Meenabharani Mahotsavam at Kokkattu Sreebhadrakali Navagraha Temple is one of the most vibrant and spiritually significant annual festivals celebrated with deep devotion and traditional grandeur.
Dedicated to Goddess Sree Bhadrakali, the presiding deity of the temple, the festival reflects the rich cultural heritage and ritualistic traditions of Kerala temple festivities. Devotees from nearby regions and distant places gather in large numbers to seek the blessings of the Goddess during this auspicious occasion.
The festival is marked by elaborate temple rituals, special poojas and sacred offerings performed by experienced priests following age old tantric traditions. The temple premises become spiritually charged with devotional chants, rhythmic percussion and the fragrance of lamps and flowers.
One of the major highlights of the celebration is the colorful Thalappoli procession where women and young girls dressed in traditional attire carry decorated plates with lamps and flowers creating a visually mesmerizing spectacle accompanied by traditional percussion ensembles.
Cultural programs form an integral part of the Mahotsavam showcasing Kerala’s classical and folk art forms. Panchari Melam performed by skilled artists fills the atmosphere with divine rhythm and energy.
