Thaipooya Maholsavam
During the Thaipooya Maholsavam in the month of Makaram, the temple hosts a series of vibrant and sacred rituals. These include the Kavadi Ghoshayatra, Kavadi Abhishekam, Sadhya, Skanda Purana Parayanam, Bhagavatha Parayanam, and Deeparadhana. These rituals are performed with great devotion, attracting numerous devotees to the temple.
Vishu Maholsavam
The Vishu Maholsavam, celebrated in April, marks the traditional New Year in Kerala. The celebrations include Vishukani Darshanam, where auspicious items are arranged and viewed at dawn to bring prosperity and good luck, and Vishukaineettam, where elders of the temple distribute gifts to devotees. Special rituals such as Ganapathi Homam, Mrityunjaya Homam, Aiswarya Pooja, Kalasham, and Deeparadhana are also performed, seeking blessings for prosperity, good health, and well-being in the coming year.
