Makayiram Thirunal Maholsavam

Devotees also participate in Pongala, where they cook offerings in earthen pots, Thalapoli, a procession of women carrying lamps and offerings, and Deeparadhana, the ceremonial lighting of lamps, creating a vibrant and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
Pongala
Pongala is a sacred ritual observed predominantly in Kerala, where women gather to cook a special offering called Pongala in earthen pots.
