Prathishta Dinam
The Prathishta Dinam (consecration day) of Sree Kandala Swamy Temple is observed in the Malayalam month of Kumbham. As part of the celebrations, special rituals are performed, including **Elaneer Dhaara**, where tender coconut water is continuously poured over the idol as an offering and for purification. Devotees participate in large numbers, seeking blessings for prosperity and spiritual upliftment.
