Navaratri Mahotsavam

Dedicated to Goddess Bhuvaneswari, the nine day festival is observed with special poojas, Lalitha Sahasranama Archana, Devi Mahatmyam recitations, cultural programs, devotional music and traditional rituals. The temple is beautifully decorated with lamps and flowers, attracting thousands of devotees who seek the blessings of the Divine Mother for prosperity, wisdom, good health and protection from hardships. Vijayadashami, the concluding day of the festival is celebrated with great devotion and is considered highly auspicious for Vidyarambham.

The festival includes special abhishekams, homams, deeparadhana, Navakam, Panchagavyam and various devotional offerings to Goddess Bhuvaneswari and the other deities enshrined in the temple.
