Amman Kuda Maholsavam
Amman Kuda Maholsavam, held in the Malayalam month of Dhanu, is a vibrant festival marked by a series of pious rituals and celebrations. The event begins with Thirukalyanam, a divine marriage ceremony symbolizing the union of Goddess Muthumariamman, followed by Arattu. The festivities continue with Pongal offerings—sweet rice cooked in new pots and Manjal Neerattu.
Vinayaka Chathurthi
Vinayaka Chathurthi, celebrated in the month of Chingam, is dedicated to Lord Ganapathi. Devotees perform special poojas, Ganapathi homam, and offer modakam and other sweets to seek his blessings for wisdom and prosperity.
