Navaratri at Kanjoor Sri Durga Devi Temple is a 9-day festival dedicated to Goddess Durga, celebrated with deep devotion and rituals. The festival begins with Pooja Veyppu (setting up of sacred books and idols for worship) and culminates with Vidyarambham, the initiation of young children into the world of letters and learning. Each day of Navaratri is marked by special poojas and devotional offerings to the goddess.
